The Lumpkin Family Foundation, created in 1953, is a private foundation that provides grants to meritorious nonprofit organizations for the betterment of the community, the nation and the world. We are dedicated to supporting education, preserving and protecting the environment and fostering opportunities for leadership, with special consideration to our heritage in Central Illinois.
We support people pursuing innovation and long-lasting improvements in the environment, health, education and community access to the arts.

The Lumpkin Family Foundation is excited to announce a partnership with four community foundations in the region to offer up to $1,500 micro-grants for nonprofit staff and board members training and professional development. Nonprofits will now apply through goodWORKSconnect.org for the micro-grants. If your organization is not applying for a micro-grant, you are eligible to apply to be on the grant review committee.
