Coaching is the process through which leaders improve their performance and personal effectiveness while reducing stress and improving their organizations.   1. Phase One: Five to nine structured, results-oriented, customized sessions, approximately 1.5-3 hours each week (depends on individual versus group coaching)
  2. Phase Two: three or more 30-minute individual coaching sessions
  3. Focus on translating concepts - applications - goals - predetermined results
  4. Pre-, during- and post-process assessment and controls that can measure learning, behavioral change, and organizational results, participant reaction and, most importantly goal achievement
  5. Practice sets and fieldwork specific to your issues
  6. Individual laser coaching as requested
  7. Aligned, business related goal plans completed by each participant
  8. Unlimited access with coach by phone and email
  9. Individually focused text, audio-text CDs and action plans for each participant. 
  10. For corporate team coaching: management feedback meetings with top executive between developmental sessions
  11. Phase Three (optional): ongoing 30-minute individual coaching sessions
  12. Optional data-rich Organizational Climate Surveys based on Baldridge Performance Criteria
  13. Optional periodic Goals Revue process
