Does everyone know about Meeting Wizard? I just love this tool. I work with a lot of committees that have difficulty scheduling meetings and Meeting Wizard makes it easy. You set up possible dates and email it out for people to respond to. Then you can see who is available on which dates and times. It's so easy to track! This is a free site!

I have used meeting wizard quite a bit and I love it! I have also shared it with fellow board members and they are now using it. It makes setting a meeting so much easier.

This sounds like a great resource. I will try it out when scheduling my next meeting. Everyone is always running around in different directions!
